Hazelnut butter

Heat a pan over medium heat and fry the hazelnuts for 5 minutes until lightly browned. Let them cool for 5 minutes, then rub them with a kitchen towel to remove the peel.

Stir the hazelnuts in a blender until they become a thick paste, approx. 5-10 minutes.

The obtained paste is put in a jar, closed and kept in a dry and cool place.

For the beginning, beat the egg whites. Add 100 g of sugar, beat until hardened again and mix with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Add the yolks and flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Homogenize and pour the composition into a tart form, greased with butter.

Bake for 40 minutes over medium heat. After baking, remove the tart on a plate and sprinkle all the hazelnuts. If you opted for nuts, put them on. An interesting combination consists of cashews and macadamia nuts.

Melt the remaining 150 g of sugar over low heat until it becomes caramel. Pour immediately over the hazelnuts. Hazelnut tart is kept at room temperature. Serve after cooling.

You have the right to cancel and return the order (or part of it), without having to justify your decision.

If you decide to return any product purchased from our store, it is necessary to inform us within 14 days of receiving the product. If the 14th day is a non-working day, you have the next working day to let us know your decision.

  • Please return the products in the original packaging.

We will refund the value of the order within 14 days of receiving the returned products. Warnings:

  • Please note that if the returned product is part of a larger order, we do not refund the initial shipping fee.
  • We only refund the standard shipping fee. Even if you have opted for express delivery, we will refund the value of the standard shipping fee.

Can any item be returned, under any conditions?

All intact, complete, undamaged and unused products can be returned. Please consider the following:

  • To be returned, supplements must not be opened and the seal intact for food safety reasons.
  • To be returned, linen must be in unopened packaging for hygiene reasons.
  • Clothing must be intact, with labels attached.
  • Only items purchased through this website can be returned. Genius Nutrition products purchased from another point of sale must be returned to the respective retailer.

Return of damaged products

After receiving the returned order, we will either refund your value, or we will send you a new package to replace the damaged products, within 2-4 working days. In case of refund, we will fully refund the value of the order, including the return fee, within 2 working days * from receiving the return. The working days are Monday-Friday.

Please note that if the returned product is part of a larger order, we do not refund the initial shipping fee.
