Chicken liver stew
I chose this option so that my elders could eat and warm themselves. It is very good low and you can put any kind of garnish next to it, natural potatoes, rice, pasta, pea polenta, etc ..
- 1 kg of liver
- 2 red bell peppers
- 3 larger onions
- parsley leaves
- Bay leaf

RECIPE PREPARATION Chicken liver stew:
Wash the livers well and clean the skin, put them in a sieve and drain.
In a saucepan I put the oil then I added the pepper and onion that I ground, I let it harden a little, then I added the livers without adding any drop of water because they leave.
I covered it and let it boil over low heat.
Near the end I adjusted the salt, vegeta and pepper, I left the plant a boil, I seasoned it with green parsley and the stew is ready, according to everyone's taste with the desired garnish.
